Policy overview
Due to the nature of research-use products, Dechems generally treats all sales as final. We do not accept routine product returns, but we may offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund when an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is confirmed lost in transit.
To help us review a claim quickly, customers should contact Dechems as soon as possible after delivery or when a shipping problem becomes clear. Supporting details such as the order number, photos, and shipping updates may be required.
